Breathwork: (See video below for a brief tutorial)

Sit comfortably, close your eyes and place your hands on your lap. If you'd like to feel more grounded, place your palms down. If you'd like to receive energy, place your palms up.

Start by taking a very deep breath and as you take this deep breath, sip in the air and feel it moving from the root of your body up to the top of your head. As this is happening, I want you to visualize everything that might be making you anxious about this process, any uneasiness you might have, insecurities that are surrounding your closet and this process, or just any negative emotions you may be carrying. Hold the breath at the top for 5 seconds. Now start exhaling, and as you do this, I want you to let your breath rush out of your mouth in a powerful way, like the way an ocean wave sounds. Like a big whoosh. And as the breath moves out of your body, imagine it flowing through you, flushing out out all the stuck or negative energy that you might be carrying or holding around this upcoming closet detox. Do this three times (or as many times as you need before you start feeling calm and grounded).
