4 Different Camel Colored Blazers, 4 Different Ways
Every week I will be importing past content from last year that I first shared over on my Substack platform. The reason for this is that I originally had most of those posts private since that was part of the membership at the time but I feel it’s important to make all the posts public and available for everyone. So, without further adieu, I give you today’s video on how to style these different blazers! :)
Corduroy Blazer | Sweater Blazer | Boyfriend Blazer | Leather Blazer
Outfit #1: First up is a corduroy blazer that I got from J.Crew ages ago. I have had a hard time sourcing one that is similar, but just found this one at a great price point. If you come across one that you love please share it with me! I styled it with a pair of wide leg overalls a striped turtleneck and suede ankle boots.
Outfit #2: Next up is a sweater blazer that is also from J.Crew and I was able to source the same one that I am wearing in the photo and video. This style doesn’t have a ton of structure, giving off a very relaxed yet polished vibe. I styled it with white denim, an oatmeal sweater and a pair of camel mules.
Outfit #3: For my third look I styled this slightly oversized traditional camel colored blazer that has decorative gold buttons and a bit of a shoulder pad. I styled it in a more preppy way, but I also think this type of blazer could look great thrown over a dressy gown at a wedding or paired with a sweater, a long pleated skirt and knee high boots.
Outfit #4: In this last look I wore my faux leather blazer, which I know might feel like a tricky piece to style since it’s not only leather but has structured shoulders and a handful of bright gold buttons, which immediately gives off a dressy feel. I paired it with an oversized light blue button-down, blue skinny jeans and knee-high leather boots to create an elevated and polished feel but you could also wear dress it down with a white v-neck, a pair of straight legged, vintage washed denim and some white sneakers. Styling tip for the oversized shirt: I tucked up the back of the blouse, then took the front two shirt tails and crisscrossed them over one another, tucking them into either side of my jeans to give the shirt a “wrapped” look.
Here are the four looks again, for reference:

As always, I encourage you to look inside your own closet to see what you can come up with based off these outfit ideas, and if you don’t already have a cognac-camel-tan colored blazer, you can take a look at a few options I linked below!
I'm so happy to have you all here and as always please let me know if you have any questions, if there are specific types of styling content you want to see or learn more about or if you need any clarification or more details on something I have covered, either in the post or in previous content.
