Before you begin:
This week we are going to focus on separating and dividing the items in your closet to get a clear idea of what is being worn regularly and what might be clogging it up. This might come easy to you or it could prove to be more difficult than you thought, but just remember, you are in the process of laying the necessary foundations needed to reframe your relationship with your closet.
Breathwork, meditation and music can be powerful in shifting your mood and can be just the thing you need to get into the headspace to dive into a project like this. So before starting, I recommend doing the quick breathing exercise listed in the next lecture, to make sure that your head and body are calm and clear, which can help ensure that this is experience is a positive one for you as your closet undergoes transition and change.
